You’ll hear it
before I do.
When someone you know says one of the lines below, you can introduce us with one text, and I’ll take it from there, starting with a free 20-minute check.
Evan Brown · GIMS Technologies LLC · Highlands Ranch, Colorado
Listen for
If someone says any of these, they’re probably a good fit:
- “We type every job twice, once in the app and once in the books.”
- “We re-key every quote from the rater into the agency system.”
- “Every organizer gets re-entered into the tax software by hand.”
- “I keep forgetting to follow up with people.”
- “I built an app with AI and I’m nervous to launch it.”
Who fits
- A contractor’s office
- An insurance agency
- A bookkeeper or tax office
- A clinic
- A consultant, coach or solo attorney
- A founder with an AI-built app
An office with 5 to 50 people is the best fit, and founders and solo pros fit too. I meet people in person around the Denver south metro, and I work remotely with anyone.
Printer, Wi-Fi or laptop trouble is IT support, and I don’t build new websites, so those aren’t a fit.
How to make the intro
Ask both sides first, so if either one says no, nothing happens and nobody gets put on the spot.
Step 1. Ask them
By text: Hi [Name], you mentioned [what they said]. I know someone in Highlands Ranch who fixes that kind of thing, Evan Brown with GIMS Technologies. Evan does a free 20-minute check and will tell you if it's worth fixing. Want me to connect you two?
By email: Subject: Someone who can fix [the problem]
Hi [Name], You mentioned [what they said]. I know someone in Highlands Ranch who fixes that kind of thing, Evan Brown with GIMS Technologies. What happens next
What I do
I take the retyping out of small offices. When someone types the same customer into two systems that don’t talk to each other, I set it up so it’s entered once. That might be a scheduling app and the accounting software, or a rater and the agency system. They keep the software they already pay for, and their person checks it before anything goes out.
- Free 20-minute check. Every job starts with it, and it’s where we set the price.
- Fix one workflow: $1,500–3,000, fixed price. Half is due up front, it’s working in two weeks, and you own it. For anyone not ready for the whole job, there’s a $500 first step that’s credited toward it.
- Second Brain Install: $750 for the first three clients, then $1,500. After a client call, the follow-up is already drafted from your notes and waiting for you to approve or fix, so it doesn’t depend on you remembering it at 9 pm.
- Vibe Code Audit, for apps built with AI. Launch Check: $299, credited toward any fix. Rescue Sprint: $1,500–2,500, fixed.
If you’re not sure someone fits, just ask me.
Email evanbr93@gmail.com with a line about them, and I’ll tell you whether they sound like a fit. If you’d rather pass along a link, send them to gims-project.net, where the free check is the first button.
