What I fix, and what it costs.
I fix the retyping that happens when the same customer or job goes into two systems that don’t talk to each other. Every job starts with a free 20-minute check, so you know what it would cost before you decide anything.
Free 20-minute check
Free20 minutes
You walk me through one job your team does by hand, and I tell you what automating it would take and what it would cost.
- Who it’s for
- Owners and office managers whose people type the same customers, jobs or clients into two systems every week, and founders who built an app with AI.
- What you get
- A plan for that one job, with how long it would take and what it would cost.
- Price
- Free.
- How long
- About 20 minutes on a call, while you show me how the job gets done today.
- What happens next
- It’s up to you, so if you want the fix, you get a fixed price before any work starts, and if not, the advice is yours to keep.
Fix one workflow
$1,500–3,000Fixed price · half up front
If someone in your office types each job into your scheduling app and then again into QuickBooks, I set it up so the job shows up there on its own, and your office person just checks it. It works the same way for an agency’s rater and agency system, or a tax office’s portal and tax program.
- Who it’s for
- A trades office, an insurance agency, a tax firm, or any small office where someone types the same thing into two systems, the same way every week.
- What you get
- That one job, set up and running on the software you already pay for, and you own all of it. Anything that doesn’t match gets flagged for your person to check.
- Price
- It’s one fixed price for the work, between $1,500 and $3,000. We set the exact number at the free check, before any work starts, and half is due up front. If it needs anything with a monthly cost, like hosting, the quote names it and the amount.
- How long
- It’s working in two weeks.
- What happens next
- The free check comes first, then the fixed price, and I start once you give the go-ahead.
If that’s more than you want to take on right now, you can start with a $500 first step that’s credited toward the full job. When the budget is tight, we make the job smaller rather than cutting the price.
Second Brain Install
$750For the first three clients, then $1,500
After a client call, the follow-up is already drafted from your notes and waiting for you to approve or fix, so it doesn’t depend on you remembering it at 9 pm.
- Who it’s for
- Consultants, solo attorneys, agency owners and coaches.
- What you get
- Your notes in one place, and an AI that drafts the follow-up after each client call for you to approve or fix. It also answers your questions from your own notes.
- Price
- $750 for the first three clients, then $1,500.
- How long
- We set that with the price, at the free check.
- What happens next
- We start with the free check, and then I do the install.
Vibe Code Audit
In March 2025 a solo founder posted that AI wrote all of his paid app. Two days later his API keys were maxed out, people were skipping his subscription and junk was filling his database. His post ↗
Each of those three problems is something the Launch Check looks for, along with logins and what happens when something fails. See the Vibe Code Audit
Launch Check
$299Credited toward any fix
- Who it’s for
- Founders and small teams who built an app with Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor or v0, and are about to launch or already have users.
- What you get
- I check five things: logins, keys, payments, data access, and what happens when something fails. You get the findings ranked by risk, each with its file and line, plus a guided tour of your own code as one offline file you keep, and a 20-minute call where I walk you through it all.
- Price
- $299, credited toward any fix.
- How long
- You get the report in 3 business days.
- What happens next
- You give me read access to the repo, with your OK in writing, and once you have the report, you can fix things yourself or book the Rescue Sprint.
Rescue Sprint
$1,500–2,500Fixed price
- Who it’s for
- Anyone whose Launch Check found problems they want fixed.
- What you get
- I fix what the check found.
- Price
- It’s a fixed price between $1,500 and $2,500, and the $299 Launch Check is credited toward it.
- How long
- We set that along with the fixed price, before any work starts.
- What happens next
- The findings set the scope and the price, and you approve both before I start.
Where do you work?
I work in person around the Denver south metro, in Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Lone Tree, Centennial, Englewood, Parker and Castle Rock, and remotely with anyone else.
Who does the work?
I do it myself, so the person you talk to at the free check is the one who builds it and checks it before it goes live.
What if it isn’t worth automating?
Then you’ll hear that at the free check, and all it cost you was twenty minutes.
Which job would you most like to stop doing by hand?
Bring that one to the free 20-minute check, and we’ll work out what it would take.
