Full-stack systems builder with eight years delivering software, compliance automation, and client-facing technical systems for regulated laboratory operations. Built Python/FastAPI workflow infrastructure with audit trails, role-based permissions, instrument ingestion, and automatic artifact generation. Daily hands-on Claude Code and Codex user building model-agnostic agent orchestration on MCP-layer tooling. Trusted across seven regulatory jurisdictions, with zero accreditations lost and $600K+ consulting revenue generated through automation-centric engagements.

Professional Experience
Founder & Lead Engineer
2025 – Present
GIMS Technologies  ·  Agentic Systems & Lab Informatics
GUTS · GOMS · GIMS  ·  Python · FastAPI · PostgreSQL · MCP · Claude Code · Codex · AWS
  • Founded GIMS Technologies to build and own GUTS, an event-sourced substrate that unifies a fleet of agentic organs on one append-only ledger, so agents coordinate through shared state rather than point-to-point messaging.
  • Built GOMS, a model-agnostic multi-agent development platform that turns software goals into planned, claimable, executable work across coder, debugger, inspector, and architect agents.
  • Designed the orchestration layer around MCP-compatible tooling, allowing Claude Code, Codex, and future compliant tools to run through the same task, review, and execution pipeline without platform-specific rewrites.
  • Implemented atomic SQL job claiming to prevent duplicate execution and corrupted state when multiple workers claim or complete the same task concurrently, with a fail-closed safety pipeline covering prompt-injection screening, destructive-operation gating, file-scope checks, leaked-secret detection, and test status before merge.
  • Integrated hula-loop for headless, multi-pass code review in which each round reads prior findings, and built a FastAPI backend with a vanilla JavaScript SPA over server-sent events for live agent observability, plus WhatsApp delivery via an OpenClaw integration with no architectural change.
  • Designed and built GIMS, the company's deployed product: a schema-driven laboratory workflow engine with audit trails, role-based permissions, automatic artifact generation, instrument data ingestion, and configurable workflows added through configuration files and parsers rather than core rewrites.
  • Built GIMS Compliance Relay, a 21 CFR Part 11 compliance layer for pharmaceutical instrumentation, creating a compliant operating path for regulated lab equipment that lacked adequate surrounding software controls.
  • Delivered a grounded RAG pipeline (FastAPI, React, Supabase, pgvector, LightRAG) with per-document isolation, relevance gating, and fail-closed behavior so the system surfaces uncertainty rather than generating unsupported answers.
Principal Solutions Architect
2022 – Present
Equilibrium Scientific LLC
Compliance Automation · Statistical Validation · LIMS Architecture · Multi-Jurisdiction Accreditation
  • Architected and delivered compliance systems for six-to-eight-figure laboratory operations across Colorado, New Mexico, South Dakota, New York, Akwesasne, Michigan, and the Caribbean.
  • Served as primary technical authority for validation architecture, reporting systems, accreditation strategy, and compliance automation across concurrent client engagements.
  • Rescued a Michigan ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation cycle by compressing approximately three months of unfinished preparation into two weeks; maintained zero accreditations lost across engagements.
  • Designed and built a TypeScript-based Certificate of Analysis generation system using schema-driven reporting templates to absorb jurisdiction-specific reporting requirements without increasing operator burden.
  • Engineered automated statistical validation frameworks covering accuracy, precision, LOD/LOQ, robustness, and reproducibility across 10+ assay categories, including microbiology, potency, residual solvents, heavy metals, and mycotoxins.
  • Built reproducible ingestion and normalization pipelines that converted laboratory instrument output into structured, auditable reporting schemas.
  • Led cross-functional teams of 5–10 through accreditation cycles, aligning workflow execution, documentation standards, staff readiness, and regulatory expectations.
  • Generated $600K+ in consulting revenue through automation-centric systems, compliance architecture, and technical implementation engagements.
Sterility Laboratory Technician
2019 – 2022
Eurofins Scientific, Centennial, CO
ISO 14644 Cleanroom · LIMS Operations · Regulated Lab Workflows
  • Operated daily within an ISO 14644-classified clinical cleanroom, executing sterility workflows in a regulated LIMS environment with strict documentation and contamination-control requirements.
  • Identified recurring mismatches between laboratory software workflows and bench-level execution, informing later work in compliance automation, workflow design, and LIMS architecture.
Data Analyst
2018 – 2019
Bio-Techne
Process Automation · Data Cleanup · VBA Scripting
  • Automated a multi-hour weekly pricing reconciliation process with VBA, reducing recurring execution time to approximately 20 minutes.
  • Standardized repeatable data-cleanup steps to reduce manual review burden and improve consistency in pricing operations.
