- Created the GIMS Project, a Python/SQL LIMS and database application capable of automating laboratory data entry and transformation. The system replaces spreadsheet-driven workflows while supporting more convenient operation and cloud integration.
- Completed a full architectural refactor of a 100K+ line LIMS application. Consolidated duplicated backend logic, integrated SQL for the backend and React for the frontend, strengthened controls for audit readiness, and improved the test suite so it reflected the application's real operating processes.
- Built GIMS Compliance Relay, a specialized vertical of the GIMS Project, and advanced it through technical pre-sales. The supplemental software provides the surrounding controls needed to use specific laboratory instrumentation in heavily regulated pharmaceutical environments without relying on handwritten records for organization and traceability.
- Created GUTS to organize multi-agent projects. Using RAG, an MCP server, and agent-to-agent communication, I used the platform as the shared foundation for roughly a dozen tools and applications, ranging from launching applications to restoring an old inbox.
- Integrated tmux, OpenClaw, and Tailscale so applications and agent workflows can be used interchangeably across desktop and mobile devices, allowing long-running agentic work to be managed without remaining at a workstation.

- Served as primary technical authority for validation architecture, reporting systems, accreditation strategy, and compliance automation across concurrent client engagements.
- Rescued a Michigan ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation cycle by compressing approximately three months of unfinished preparation into two weeks; maintained zero accreditations lost across engagements.
- Designed and built a TypeScript-based Certificate of Analysis generation system using schema-driven reporting templates to absorb jurisdiction-specific reporting requirements without increasing operator burden.
- Published validation packages accepted by state auditors across 10+ laboratory testing categories, covering the analytical suite required of accredited testing laboratories, including microbiology, potency, residual solvents, heavy metals, mycotoxins, and additional assays.
- Sold comprehensive SOP systems for state-regulated testing laboratories and trained laboratory teams to implement the procedures correctly in day-to-day operations.
- Led cross-functional teams of 5–10 through accreditation cycles, aligning workflow execution, documentation standards, staff readiness, and regulatory expectations.
